"Who Am I?" is a fun way to review existing vocabulary. The game is particularly suitable as a warm-up activity. You can also use "Who Am I? - Games" to practise vocabulary, to ‘loosen up’ a lesson every now and again or in supply lessons.
APPLICATION IDEAS:
IDEA 1
The students are divided into small groups. Each group receives a deck of cards. One student reads out the clues, the other students have to guess the word. The fastest student gets a point or gets to keep the card. At the end, the points/cards are counted and the student with the most cards/points wins. The cards with the solution should be used for this variant of the game.
IDEA 2
All students receive the worksheet on which they should fill out the terms. (The worksheet is differentiated twice). Now, the teacher or a student reads out the clues. The terms are fill out in the grid on the worksheet. One point is given for each term found. At the end, the points are counted and the student with the most points wins. (This variant can also be played well in small groups.)
