This 3-page file includes: 

~An English reading in which four young people with disabilities introduce themselves. They are blind, deaf, in a wheelchair and on the autism spectrum respectively. They talk a bit about themselves, the challenges they face and the adaptive devices that they employ. This reading allow students to become familiar with vocabulary related to persons with disabilities. 
~An accompanying worksheet with 8 comprehension questions and a short writing/speaking component where students can practice their new vocabulary.
