An entertaining and useful template for the lessons devoted to those who likes to pass the evening watching a good movie, as well as a great reason to brush up various genres, talk about them and develop speaking skills.

How it works.

Students write short reviews of their favorite or any recently viewed films (come up with intriguing annotations, draw posters and share opinions about the most successful and not so good moments of films), and then in pairs or groups, exchange their works and discuss them: have they watched the film or not? If they have watched it, do they agree with the author's assessment of the review? If they haven't seen it yet, would they watch it or not based on the impressions of the partner? etc.
