Handling sensitive feedback in a second language can be a particularly challenging task. In this lesson, students will share their experiences of giving and receiving feedback at work. They will learn about a technique for structuring feedback meetings to make them constructive and practice using the technique in a role play. The role play will be followed by reflection and self evaluation task.
