PETS (animals) cootie catcher English game / juego Inglés para la primariaESL / English game for primary schoolHeaven and Hell is a finger game known worldwide. Regionally it is also called Frog, Pepper and Salt or Schnipp Schnapp. My favorite version is “Cootie Catcher“ though - lice catching! However, those games are especially fun for young learners, as it allows kids to repeat their knowledge about early bloomers in an entertaining way.How to play:It takes two players. Player A takes the game, but keeps it closed. Player B names a number between 1 and 10 - in this number player A moves the Cootie Catcher back and forth and then opens it.Four pictures will appear now.Player B chooses one of the pictures and names the term for it. Whether it is true can be checked by opening the game.Players take turns and play until all words have been named. Fields that were already named may not be taken for the rest of the game. Simply mark the correct answer on the back and let students check after clipping the words.I love using clip cards to teach vocabulary and spelling with my ESL students. A great and involving game, especially for beginners / children in primary school.One printed and laminated you can use them forever.Enjoy this wonderful clip cards game with eye-catching pictures!In order to make it easy for first readers, all my games are created using simple fonts. Although squiggly fonts are nice, they are often didactic nonsense. Learners need to be enabled to concentrate on the text / content rather than be distracted by fancy decoration.I hope your class will love my English resources as much as my students do.For more creative teaching materials like worksheets, flash cards, games and activities please check my eduki shop!
