head and shoulders, knees and toes - song about body parts for primary schoolEnglish flash cards and worksheets / tarjetas con imágenes y hoja de trabajo InglésI love using flash cards when I introduce new vocabulary, when I speak about certain topics or when my students prepare a project. One printed and laminated they are applicable for many teaching situations. Enjoy this wonderful resource with eye-catching pictures! Here are some ideas for use in class:Pre- and post-voice to capture and consolidate the sound patterncopy the words from the picture card dictation by the teacher, partner dictation, running dictation with additional self-control at the blackboard Stop & Swap: Learners walk through the room with their picture card, present the card to a partner and swap more and more until each learner has seen and talked about the card at least once. This exercise can be extended at higher learning levels, for example by adding a description, an association, the opposite or other features to the picture card.Sorting the picture cards according to certain characteristics Using the picture cards as a reason to speak and write (for example expressing likes or dislikes, talking about hobbies and interests, exchanging experiences, using picture cards as a writing impulse...)Pantomime - games (acting the meaning of a picture card by facial expressions and gestures and guessing the word)Take care,Cindy Did you know? body parts English game / juego Ingléscootie catcher / fortune teller Heaven and Hell is a finger game known worldwide. Regionally it is also called Frog, Pepper and Salt or Schnipp Schnapp. My favorite version is “Cootie Catcher“ though - lice catching! However, those games are great fun for young learners as they repeat vocabulary in an entertaining way. How to play:It takes two players. Player A takes the game, but keeps it closed. Player B names a number between 1 and 10 - in this number player A moves the Cootie Catcher back and forth and then opens it. Four pictures will appear now.Player B chooses one of the pictures and names the term for it. Whether it is true can be checked by opening the game. Players take turns and play until all words have been named. Fields that were already named may not be taken for the rest of the game. You can also ask your learners to give points or to note down their vocabulary first and then check with the help of the game. For differentiation, the following can be asked in addition to the word: genus, spelling (have word dictated), associations, any special features, etc..I wish you and your students a lot of fun with this lovely game! Many kind regards,Cindy Seidler❤️ Cindy Seidler - creative teaching materials made with love************************************freebies, sales and contact:❤️ My teaching materials @eduki Deutschland ❤️ My teaching materials @eduki France❤️ My teaching materials @eduki Spain ❤️ Homepage: betterteachingresources.com❤️ Follow me - FACEBOOK❤️ Follow me - INSTAGRAM❤️ Feedback or questions? info@betterteachingresources.com
