Looking for a fun and engaging way to help your students introduce themselves? 💕 Meet “All About Me!”; the perfect back-to-school activity for 1st & 2nd grade! 🎒✏️

How to plan it?

• Hand out blocks to each child in their groups, and give them 3 minutes to build the tallest tower they can with the blocks INDIVIDUALLY. Then, ask them to work in groups and use all the blocks together to build a tower, also in 3 minutes 💪🏽

• Once they see that the tower is always taller when they work as a team, have a short reflection about working together, and remind them that each one of them is a “key piece” of the group. ✨

• Ask them to fill in the template I’m sharing with you, and once they’ve completed it, have each group build a “tower” of “All About Me” templates by joining their templates together. That way, you can put it up as decoration on a classroom wall or in the hallway during the first few days ♥️
