This resource is made up of two sets of 48 black and white cards with vocabulary related to professions. One set contains the words with pictures of the jobs (e.g “I am an actress.”) and the other contains some clues to identify each word (e.g. “I am a woman who plays a part in films, series or plays.”). The aim of the game is to match the words with the corresponding clues. It can be played in different ways. For example, the teacher can read the clues aloud and lay the flash cards with the images face up on the table. The students will have to listen carefully to the teacher’s clues and then choose the right card. Another option is to place all the cards face down and use them to play a memory game. In this case, the players can read the clues themselves. The winner will be the student who is able to get more pairs.
