Saint Patrick's Day - Colour Pack

Black-and-white and colour visual dictionary featuring 30 words related to Saint Patrick’s Day.

Curso: 5.-6. PRIM

This set includes 20 colour bingo cards, each featuring eight pictures with vocabulary related to Saint Patrick’s Day. It also comes with an interactive wheel for calling out the vocabulary. The teacher calls out the words using flashcards or a random wheel. Each time a word is called, students search for the corresponding picture on their cards and place a counter, button, or any small object on the square. The first student to cover all eight words on their card shouts ‘Bingo!’ and wins the game. The game can continue until all players have completed their cards.

This game, called Don’t Say the Words!, contains 30 colour cards featuring vocabulary related to Saint Patrick’s Day.The aim is to get your teammates to guess the word you are describing, but each card includes a list of words that you are not allowed to say. First, divide the players into teams, make sure the cards are ready, and set a timer. As you play, try to give creative clues without mentioning the forbidden words. You may pass if you get stuck on a card. Each correctly guessed word earns your team a point, while any cards you skip or where you mention a forbidden word will earn a point for the other team.

This resource contains 30 puzzles featuring images related to Saint Patrick’s Day, along with 30 cards displaying the corresponding words in English. Students must arrange the nine pieces of each puzzle in the correct order and then match the completed puzzle to the correct vocabulary card based on the image.
