60 wonderful cards for practicing and consolidating synonyms and antonyms.

How to use:

First, children fill in the gaps in pairs, groups or individually (you may also use them as a worksheet, just don't cut them), and then play the opposites game!

Shuffle the cards with answers, divide the children into teams of 3-4 people, set the time. One player is selected from each group to read the sentences (e.g. Nick is really untidy. What's the synonym of untidy?). The team needs to name the correct opposite to the given word. If they guess correctly - they take keep the card. The players need to guess as many words as possible for 30-40 seconds. The groups take turns to play, the leaders are change each round. The team with the most cards wins.
