Bingo is a brilliant game for students to practise vocabulary!
To play the game, each student needs a Bingo card and 8 counters.
The teacher (or another student) uses the control card to say a zoo animal. If a student has that zoo animal on their card, they cover it with a counter. The first students to cover all 8 pictures shouts 'Bingo!'.
To check if students have correctly played the game, i always get the winner to tell me what 8 animals they have. This is not only a good way to check they have actually won, it's a great way for the student to practise the vocabulary/pronunciation.
