Students work small groups (3-4).

Each group is given a brainstorming card. They must brainstorm as many ideas/solutions as they can for the task on the card in the time given.

There are two catagories: In the office or at school.

After the allotted time the groups are asked to read out their card and the ideas/solutions they have come up with. Each member of the group is involved in this.

If time allows, the rest of the students are asked to offer any alternative ideas. Follow-up questions should be encouraged.
