The Chalkys - Reading Task Cards

It's time to 'Meet the Chalkys'! These reading task cards are a fun way to introduce your students to the Chalkys. There are 6 cards and each card has 2 different levels. In the easier version, students complete the worksheet using notes. In the more difficult version, students must answer the questions, writing complete sentences.

Klassenstufen: 5-6. Klasse

It's springtime and the Chalkys and to tell you all about the season. There are 6 reading task cards for each level. The level one cards are for younger learners or learners with reading problems. They read a card, then complete the task in the worksheet. The levels two cards have the same/similar information, but in more difficult sentences. Students read the card and answer the questions. They can do this on the worksheet or in their exercise books.The solutions are on the back of each card.
