These conversation cards are a great way to get your students talking.There are 26 different question cards.Students can use the cards to interview each other, as a whole class mingle.Students can also use the question cards for a writing task.

Dominoes is a great game for practising vocabulary.How to play:You need 3 or more players.Divide the cards equally between players. The person with the start card begins. Students take it in turns to play. If you do not have the correct card to play, you miss a turn. The first person to get rid of all of their cards, wins.(A student can also work alone and try and put all the cards down themselves)

Who has the map?'B: 'I have the map. Who has fishing?'C: 'I have fishingt. Who has the jacket?'The game continues like this until the last card.This game is a quick way to learn vocabulary and to practise pronunciation.Tip: Use a stopwatch and see how fast your students can get to the end. Each time they play, they should try to beat their record.

This Camping Read and Colour worksheet is a fun way to practise reading comprehension. It is especially good for motivating and supporting kids with reading difficulties.The worksheet comes in two different levels so you can pick the best level for each student.Students read the text and colour the picture as described.As the entire picture isn't coloured in at the end of the activity, you can extend the activity by doing speaking, listening or writing tasks!Listening: describe the other parts of the picture to the students. They listen to you, and colour rest of the picture in as you have described.Speaking: working in pairs, do the same activity as above but the students describe rather than the teacher.Writing: students glue the worksheet into their exercise book. They colour in the rest of the picture and then they write sentences to describe what they have coloured. (They can use the text on the worksheet to help them write their sentences.)
